Kids all over the world have ideas that relate to our Savvy Kids Core Pillars!  Here is another great example.

Meet Elena

She is excited to share her passion for creating and selling her artwork

Savvy Kids:  Tell us about your goal/idea.  How did you come up with it?

Elena:  I like to paint and color.  I wanted to get lots of money so I could buy things I like. My goal is to sell paintings to people for money.

Savvy Kids: What Savvy Kids Pillar does your goal/idea fit into and how do you think it affects the world?

Elena:  My goal is Financial – to make money to buy things.  My paintings are pretty – my mom says they make her happy to see them on the wall - so I think they bring color and happiness into the world.

Savvy Kids:  What was the most challenging part of completing your goal/idea?

Elena:  Pricing my paintings and selling them is the hardest part.

Savvy Kids:  What would you suggest for other kids who have an idea or goal they want to pursue?

Elena:  Think of something you love to do and how you can make money with it.  Ask your parents for help.

Savvy Kids:  Tell us about yourself:

    Elena:

    • Age - 7
    • Hobbies – swimming; board games; wrestling with my dad
    • The last book you’ve read (title, author) or your favorite book – last book I read – Good Morning City (Author – Elaine Moore)
    • Favorite food – candy and sweets
    • Favorite thing to do on the weekends – play with my cat; play with my friends

Do you have a passion to share with us…a great example to set for other kids? Talk to your mom or dad and Contact Us to tell us your story!  We may publish YOUR story for other kids to read.
